Okay so I know what your thinking, everyone has a different perception on what they find pretty or beautiful. What you may find oblong, I may find abstract. The thing is there are billions and billions of us on this planet. There is no right or wrong. & this is where the media barges in, because the media is the conformist bitches that try to make us think only one way. I guess this leads to my 1st pretty thing.
Humans, people. beauty.
I love to hate the media and I think everyone else does too. Although we know the media feeds us lies, we can't help to think that sometimes they are right. But why? I never understood this nonsense. Although I believe it has to do with competition. People want to be prettier than others, more out there, more vibrant. And so they will use products that the media sells, to "make" them beautiful.
I say pish posh. I think everyone is beautiful. It upsets me because I had a talk with a friend about beauty and she said not everyone is beautiful. The talk obviously got into a debate right away. She said not everyone is beautiful, there are some ugly and some pretty. I argued that everyone is beautiful, its only people that perceive to thing what is unattractive. Like my friend finds Brad Pitt drop dead sexy, and honestly he is not my cup of tea. Everyone perspective on life is different. I truly think that Media is what makes everyone's self esteem go lower, because they make you want to be beautiful, even though you already are.
Just like make up, it doesn't make you more beautiful, it just enhances you. I also am not a fan of plastic surgery, I understand people are forced to get it due to accidents and what not. But to get it to be beautiful. Are you serious??? People need to accept that fact that were going to get old and wrinkly, its life, but to change your body with surgery just to be more beautiful is unacceptable. Why would you want to harm something that is already beautiful.And you know, the media, is succeeding by advertising you, because look how much money they are making. They are just laughing all the way to the piggy bank. Its funny because I think that girls that cake their faces, look really ugly, but naturally they are so pretty. And I wonder, what makes them think they need their face to look like a wedding cake when they are already beautiful.

Beauty is more than skin deep. What every person thinks is beautiful it truly is. It doesn't matter the color of your skin, hair,eyes etc. It doesn't matter the weight...unless it is extremely unhealthy. And too prove the media is just fucking with you. Look at dove the commercial for dove. So much for doves campaign.
